The SEMIL-2000 series is an extremely robust embedded platform housed in a dust- and waterproof construction compliant with IP69K, in a standard 2U 19-inch enclosure with half rack width. The SEMIL-2000GC utilizes Neousys' proven thermal design, ensuring reliable fanless operation of the system over a wide temperature range from -40°C to 70°C, and offers two Type C 5Gbps ports with an alternative DisplayPort signal output.
The SEMIL-2000 platform is powered by Intel processors from the 12th, 13th, and 14th generations. The platform harnesses the potential of Intel® 7 lithography, as the latest Core™ desktop processors are delivered in a hybrid configuration with performance-based and efficiency-based cores, supporting up to 64 GB of DDR5 RAM.
The system features a corrosion-resistant chassis made of stainless steel and aluminum, making it suitable for humid environments and areas with high salt content. It is fully equipped with M12 connectors, providing extremely robust connectivity even in environments where the system is subjected to shocks and vibrations. With two CAN bus 2.0 ports (with SocketCAN driver), two USB 3.2 ports, seven Ethernet ports (including two 10GbE), and four 802.3at PoE+ ports, which can supply connected compatible devices with up to 25.5W of power, its I/O connectivity options are extremely versatile. Internally, it can be upgraded via an M.2 M-Key socket supporting NVMe SSDs, as well as Mini-PCIe sockets for functionality expansion. Additional features of the SEMIL-2000 include two 2.5-inch HDD or SSD drive bays and an 8–48 V DC power input with integrated ignition control – and the system is MIL-STD-810H compliant.
