The systems of the Nuvo-8000 series are cost-effective box PCs with up to 5 expansion slots, designed as the perfect replacement for bulky rack- or wall-mounted IPC systems. Featuring Intel® 8th/9th Gen Core™ i desktop processors and an H310 chipset, these systems deliver the same computing power as conventional IPCs but require less space in their compact design and are more affordable.
The Nuvo-8000 series is available in four models with different expansion configurations. Customers can choose between a compact system with three PCIe slots, a system with five slots, including three PCIe slots, and one with up to four PCI slots, depending on their needs for various applications in industrial automation or machine vision. With its front-accessible I/O ports (including 2 GbE, 4 USB 3.1 Gen1, and 5 COM ports), the Nuvo-8000 is even more accessible, particularly when mounted in a rack or cabinet. For data storage, the Nuvo-8000 series systems are equipped with two 2.5-inch SATA SSD or hard drive bays as well as an mSATA socket, supporting a wide range of storage devices. The system can also accommodate a 125 W NVIDIA® GPU, providing enough TFLOPS of computing power for modern deep learning applications.
The Nuvo-8000 series systems are specifically designed to meet industrial needs. They offer the expansion capabilities of conventional IPCs while catering to various application requirements in a highly compact form factor, ensuring the reliability expected of industrial devices.
