The Nuvo-2600 series is a fanless computer with Intel® Elkhart Lake Atom® CPU and flexible expansion options for various applications in manufacturing automation and machine vision, where a small footprint, Gigabit PoE+ capability, and front-accessible data storage are essential, while achieving a specific CPU performance with a power consumption of 12W or less.
Powered by the Intel® Elkhart Lake Atom® x6425E quad-core processor, the Nuvo-2600 offers 320% of the CPU performance of the previous Nuvo-2500E series. The Nuvo-2600 series features four Gigabit PoE+ and one USB 3.1 port, which are secured by screws to ensure connections, such as camera links. In addition to an internal M.2 2280 SATA SSD as system storage, the Nuvo-2600 offers a front-accessible 2.5-inch drive bay for an SSD/HDD with a height of 7 to 15 mm, providing up to 5TB of storage capacity. Additionally, the series includes an isolated RS-485 port and isolated DIO for robust industrial device connectivity. Internally, the Nuvo-2600 series offers expansion options with two Mini-PCIe sockets and an M.2 3042/3052 B-Key slot for supporting mobile 4G/5G broadband connections.
The Nuvo-2600 is available in two variants to meet different deployment requirements. The Nuvo-2600E is equipped with a PCIe expansion cassette for an additional PCIe card, such as a USB or GbE frame grabber card, isolated DIO, or an industrial network card. The Nuvo-2600J, on the other hand, features an integrated SuperCAP UPS for continued operation during power outages or voltage fluctuations in industrial environments. With its Intel Elkhart Lake Atom® quad-core CPU, wide operating temperature range, industrial-grade I/O interfaces, and expansion cassette module, the Nuvo-2600 series is the perfect fanless all-around industrial computer for applications in manufacturing automation and machine vision.
