The Nuvo-11160GC-PoE is Neousys' latest ruggedised wide-temperature edge AI platform based on the Intel® Core™ Ultra 200S processor and supporting NVIDIA® RTX™ GPU cards up to 150W. With its high power density and comprehensive I/O connectivity, it is ideal for demanding edge AI applications in fixed and mobile indoor and outdoor installations, such as AI-driven visual inspections, video analytics, and autonomous mobile robots.

Designed for demanding real-world applications, the Nuvo-11160GC-PoE simplifies the connection of necessary sensors and control devices through extensive I/O connectivity, while its compact form factor allows for deployment in space-constrained environments. For stationary applications such as image processing-based robot guidance, AI-controlled image processing and video analysis, it offers 8x USB 3.2 Gen 2 ports and 6x GbE ports for multi-camera setups, 4-channel isolated DI and 4-channel isolated DO for integration into factory automation, and an optional 10GbE port for high-bandwidth communication. For more I/O and functionality, the patented MezIO® interface enables flexible expansion: MezIO®-U4 adds 4 additional USB 3.1 ports, MezIO®-G4 adds 4 additional GbE ports, and MezIO®-D330 adds 16-CH DIO.

For more demanding mobile robot applications such as AMRs and outdoor delivery robots, the integrated PoE+ function simplifies the use of GigE cameras, while Mini PCIe slots support the addition of 4G/5G modules for remote operation. A proven thermal design with the patented separate cassette design and an improved GPU fan ensures reliable performance in a wide temperature range from -25°C to 60°C, making it well suited for outdoor environments. In terms of energy efficiency, the Intel® Core™ Ultra 200S offers 1.2 times higher CPU performance at only 80% of the power consumption of the previous generation, enabling longer battery life for mobile robotics.
