The Neousys Jemii-150 series has been developed to significantly lower the barriers to integration for industrial NVIDIA® Jetson implementations. By combining a Mini-ITX form factor with compatibility with the NVIDIA Jetson Orin™ Nano DevKit, the platform enables a seamless transition from development to on-site deployment on a unified hardware and software basis, eliminating the need for custom BSP development, hardware redesign or specialist knowledge of rugged embedded systems.
The Jemii-150A-PoE is 100% BSP-compatible with the NVIDIA Jetson Orin™ Nano DevKit and supports direct flashing via the NVIDIA SDK Manager in all JetPack versions. This ensures software portability, minimises migration effort and reduces the time-to-market risk associated with platform changes. The Mini-ITX form factor also utilises a well-established ecosystem of standard enclosures, cooling solutions and power supplies, which simplifies mechanical integration and system redesign.
The Jemii-150A-PoE has been developed for industrial edge AI applications and operates within a wide temperature range of -25 °C to 70 °C. It can be powered via a standard 6-pin ATX power connector. Its inputs and outputs include 5× GbE LAN ports with 4× PoE++ support and a combined total power output of 100 W, 3× isolated digital inputs (DI) and 3× isolated digital outputs (DO), as well as hardware-configurable RS-232/422/485 serial interfaces. The platform also features a PCIe expansion slot for extending system functionality, for example with Ethernet, USB 3.0, PoE or DIO.
The product range includes two further variants: the Jemii-150A, which integrates Allxon’s out-of-band (OOB) remote management for retail and intelligent transport systems (ITS) applications, whilst the Jemii-150D-PoE additionally offers CAN 2.0 support for indoor AMR applications and autonomous logistics. Developed specifically for indoor IVA and AMR applications, the Neousys Jemii-150 series is a ready-to-use edge AI platform, underpinned by Neousys’ commitment to the longevity of industrial products and stability throughout their entire lifecycle.
