The POC-351VTC is an ultra-compact, fanless embedded in-vehicle controller that operates with an Intel® Atom™ Apollo Lake E3950 quad-core processor. The controller offers both top performance and exceptional reliability for various vehicle applications – at an affordable price.
The POC-351VTC has 2 PoE+ ports that can power devices such as IP cameras, as well as an additional GbE port for data exchange. Other features of the controller include an isolated CAN 2.0 port and RS-232/422/485 ports for data exchange with the vehicle's CAN bus system, individual control units, or other onboard devices. With its wide-range DC power input and integrated ignition control, the POC-351VTC is suitable for most vehicle categories.
In modern vehicle applications, wireless networking and internet access are indispensable. The POC-351VTC has 4 M.2/mPCIe sockets and 6 antenna holes to accommodate a variety of wireless modules such as 4G, 3G, Wi-Fi, and GPS modules, for example, for in-vehicle communication or V2V (Vehicle-to-Vehicle) communication. A thoughtfully designed aluminum heat spreader distributes the heat generated by the various modules to maintain operational stability for the system and communication modules.
