The Nuvo-8108GC-XL is one of the world's first industrial-grade edge AI GPU computing platforms that supports NVIDIA® RTX 30/40 GPUs, including the RTX 3080 and 4070. Together, the system offers a massive GPU computing power of up to 29.8 TFLOPS in FP32 benchmarking, opening new horizons for GPU-accelerated edge computing applications, such as autonomous vehicles, visual inspections, and intelligent video analysis.
With its Intel® Xeon® E or 8th/9th Gen Core™ CPU (up to 8 processor cores/16 threads) and the workstation-proven Intel® C246 chipset, which supports up to 128 GB DDR4 memory (ECC or non-ECC), the system provides a solid foundation for a powerful AI edge computing platform. Among the standout features of this series is the brand-new mechanical design that optimally operates the latest RTX 30 GPUs, along with the parallel operation of heterogeneous computing architectures. In addition to the x16 PCIe slot (8 lanes) for RTX 30/40 series GPUs, the Nuvo-8108GC-XL includes an additional x8 PCIe slot (4 lanes) and a x16 PCIe slot (8 lanes), allowing for expanded functionality in data acquisition, analytics, or data exchange for performance-hungry or bandwidth-intensive applications.
The Nuvo-8108GC-XL employs Neousys' patented heat dissipation concept*, vibration-damping brackets*, and a pressure bar for GPUs, ensuring reliable operation even under extreme conditions and in environments with vibrations and shocks. Like its predecessors, the Nuvo-8108GC-XL utilizes Neousys' proven power and thermal design, capable of being powered by DC input voltages from 8 to 48 V while meeting the significant energy demands of the RTX 30/40 GPU across a wide operating temperature range. With its built-in ignition control, the system can be mounted in vehicles without further preparation and powered through the vehicle's onboard system. The Nuvo-8108GC-XL is Neousys' response to the steadily increasing demand for TFLOPS in industrial GPU platforms.
