We present the most powerful vision controller ever built!
The Nuvis-5306RT vision controller from the manufacturer Neousys integrates every single function that you need for image processing applications (vision control systems). The Neousys Nuvis-5306RT is a compact, industrial embedded system with exceptional computing power, integrated camera interfaces and real-time vision-specific I / O control.
To ensure high-quality images, a machine vision system (MV system) requires an exact interaction between lighting, camera, actuator and sensor. The Nuvis-5306RT controller integrates LED lighting control, camera trigger, encoder input, PWM output and digital I / O to connect and control all vision devices. All vision-specific I / O modules are managed by Neousy's patented MCU architecture and DTIO / NuMCU firmware to ensure real-time I / O control in the microsecond range. Computing power is another crucial requirement for a vision system.
In addition to the remarkable performance of its Intel® 6th Gen Core ™ i7 / i5 CPU, the Neousys Nuvis-5306RT can also support the NVIDIA® 75W GPU to use a GPU-accelerated image library or deep learning vision software. The combination of integrated PoE + and USB 3.0 interfaces and the expandability for CameraLink and CoaXPress make Nuvis-5306RT the ideal platform for demanding machine vision applications.
HIGHER PERFORMANCE AT LOWER COSTS
The Nuvis-5306RT Vision Controller is powered by a Skylake processor. This embedded system can accommodate a Celeron with 35 watts up to a Core i7 processor and up to 32 GB DDR4 memory. The unique cartridge design allows the Nuvis-5306RT to be equipped with an optional GPU that can operate reliably at 60 ° C, even at 100% load. The separate GPU in the Nuvis5306RT increases its performance in GPU-accelerated computer vision applications such as deep learning, machine vision or advanced error detection. Neousys' patented DTIO and NuMCU machine vision technologies help eliminate the timing problems created by the latency between the operating system and I / O. This is ensured by an independent microprocessor and an optimized algorithm
WITH A VARIETY OF VERSATILITY
The Nuvis-5306RT vision controller is ready for use in any industrial machine vision application, thanks to its high shock and vibration tolerances and operability at temperatures from -25 ° C up to 60 ° C. In addition to the wide temperature range, the embedded system also accepts a voltage input of 8 to 35 volts. The cassette design enables the sensitive components of the Nuvis-5306RT to be protected against dust and pollutants by separating the PCIe expansion area from the rest of the system. The expansion options include a full-size mSATA port, two internal SATA ports for 2.5 ”hard drives with support for RAID 0/1, and in particular a PCIe x 16 slot for a separate GPU.
CREATED FOR THE JOB
Neousys developed the Nuvis-5306RT to handle any machine vision application. An example of this application-specific design is the real-time vision I / O interface from Neousys. It enables you to integrate an LED lighting controller, an encoder input or a camera trigger. The I / O doesn't stop there: The Nuvis-5306RT has eight USB ports. There are four USB 3.0 and four USB 2.0. There are also six Gbe ports, four of which offer Power over Ethernet for a convenient camera interface. There are also two software-programmable RS-232/422/485 COM ports and one RS-232 COM port. The system also supports multiple HD screens with two DisplayPort connectors, a DIV-I port and a VGA port. The display I / O becomes an HDMI, a DVI-I and another DisplayPort connector if they are configured with the optional GPU.
