- Customer number
- Invoice number
- Serial number of the product
- Description of the problem. The more precisely you describe the problem, the faster we can help.
If a problem cannot be solved over phone, we will immediately send you a Return Material Authorization (RMA) form by e-mail. This will tell you how to proceed.
We will work out a solution as quickly as possible. Please, send us a defective device only if requested. This procedure helps you and us to simplify and speed up solving the problem.
