Neousys Technology Nord with the Nuvis-3304 vision controller is a fanless embedded system with Intel® Core ™ i5 or i7 CPU Intel Ivy Bridge for digital perception, machine vision (as machine vision) or as a network video recorder (NVR). The Nuvis-3304 vision controller is therefore a powerful, robust and temperature-resistant high-performance computer for your vision control application.

As an extremely protective, expandable and robust high-performance computer, the Neousys Nuvis-3304 via Intel Ivy Bridge CPUs with the HM76 chipset in a compact, fanless housing. He Nord is a persistent solution that does not sacrifice processor performance. Therefore, the Nuvis-3304 vision controller is ideal for industrial high-end automation, factory automation, image processing, medical imaging and digital control.


ROBUST PROCESSING

The Nuvis-3304 also includes further information on a full operating temperature range of -25 ° C to 70 ° C thanks to its information about four Power over Ethernet (PoE), which can be pulled back to IP Pan-Tilt-Zoom (PTZ) cameras. The power of 15.4 watts per PoE connection makes the cable routing a lot for deliberate use. The fanless solid-state housing dispenses with a fan as a weak point and personality ensures silent, reliable operation.


NETWORK YOUR WORLD

The Neousys Nuvis-3304 vision controller is created in the form of 2x PCIe mini cards and a PCIe x16. The five Intel Gb LAN ports are ideal for Gigabit IP attacks, video capture or network security. Other I / O interfaces concern 8x USB, 2x RS-232/422/485 COM connections, dual DVI-D, VGA and 8x channel ON / OFF DIO.

Deterministic trigger I / O technology

The Nuvis-3304af perception via 4x GigE PoE ports and 4x USB 3.0 ports for the camera interests. Its IEEE 802.3af-compatible PoE port works with a power of 15.4 W and a bandwidth of 1000 Mb / s. USB 3.0 as a new kind of camera interface signals with up to 5 Gbit / s for high-speed data transmission. Different levels of protection for the Nuvis-3304af vision controller through a single PoE on / off control function per port for troubleshooting.
