The Nuvo-3120 from Neousys has a very compact size of 212 mm x 165 mm x 62 mm. While other compact, fanless controllers, BGA-type, use i7 processors (17W) with low voltage, the Nuvo-3120 supports BGA-type i7 / i5 processors (45W / 35W) for flexible processors selection. A unique feature, the configurable CPU performance mode was developed to balance the compromise between heat sink size and operating temperature. Depending on the environmental conditions, you can configure the Neousys Nuvo-3120 to offer maximum performance, reduced performance or extended temperature mode.
The compact housing of the Nuvo-3120 contains numerous I / O functions such as Gigabit Ethernet, USB 3.0, SATA, COM ports, Mini-PCIe and Isolation DIO. It also supports triple independent display outputs for image intensive applications. Compact yet powerful, the Nuvo-3120 from Neousys meets all the requirements for an embedded platform.
