nROK-6221 basiert auf dem Intel® Core™ Quad-Core-Prozessor E3950 (bis zu 2,0 GHz) und entspricht speziell dem strengen EN50155-Standard für robuste, lüfterlose und kompakte Mechanismen. nROK 6221 bietet vollständige Kommunikationsfähigkeit zwischen Zug und Computer mit integrierter CAN-Bus 2.0B-Schnittstelle. Der nROK-6221 bietet umfangreiche WLAN- und WWAN-WLAN-Konnektivität. Mit der Unterstützung von zwei SIM-Karten pro Modem ermöglicht der nROK-6221 die Bereitstellung von sechs SIM-Karten, um eine bessere Verbindungsqualität oder zusätzliche Bandbreite per Software zu erzielen. Darüber hinaus können sechs SIM-Karten und drei WWAN-Modularchitekturen die Bandbreite für eine schnellere Datenübertragungsgeschwindigkeit erhöhen. Ausgestattet mit einer intelligenten Energieverwaltung kann der nROK 6221 per Fernzugriff durch Zündung, RTC-Timer oder SMS-Nachricht aktiviert werden. Durch die Integration der verschiedenen E/A-Anschlüsse, 3 x Mini-PCIe, 2 x M.2-Sockel-Erweiterbarkeit und bis zu drei Bildschirme über VGA- und HDMI-Verbindungen behält er die Flexibilität, die Nachfrage nach verschiedenen Fahrzeuganwendungen zu erfüllen, z.B. als Infotainment, Dispatching-System, Mobilfunk- / Drahtlosnetzwerk-Konnektivität und Videoüberwachung. Das Design von x3 Mini-PCIe-Steckplätzen kann bei Bedarf die potenzielle Anforderung des Marktes lösen.
