On 24 January 2022, Neousys Technology, the industry leader in rugged embedded PC systems, announced two new Industrial PC series: the Nuvo-9000 series and the Nuvo-9531 series.
Both are notably designed for following application fields:
- Industrial automation
- Image processing
- Decentralised real time data processing (edge computing) for autonomous driving, virtual and augmented reality (VR, and AR, resp.), and countless other applications.

The key innovations of the 9000 series are based on Intel’s 12th generation processors ("Alder Lake") as well as on the support of the new DDR5 RAM technology. The new processor generation, together with more than 40 % increased bandwidth of DDR5 RAM (compared to DDR4), will make for the next Industrial PC performance boost.
The computing power of the Nuvo 9531 series is almost comparable with those one of the 9000 series, but Nuvo 9531 is arranged most tightly. The Nuvo-9531 computers' volume of only 2.2 litres (212 mm wide x 165 mm deep x 63 mm high) is much smaller than almost 4.9 litres volume of the 9000 series (240 x 225 x 90 mm). Nuvo-9531 is going to solve almost any challenge due to restricted space.
