The Nuvo-2400 from Neousys is a fanless shoe box-sized IPC with 3 PCI / PCIe expansion slots, which enable the installation of additional cards such as COM port and frame grabber. The Nuvo-2430 offers 3 PCI slots, while the Nuvo-2421 only offers 1x PCIe x4 slot with 1-lane Gen2 signal and 2 PCI slots.
A user-friendly design of the Nuvo-2400 facilitates the integration of a remote on / off switch as well as the system status indicators. It is very easy to switch the device on and off and to get the status of the Nuvo-2400 from Neousys via an external control panel. In addition, the Nuvo-2400 has optional 8-channel digital inputs and 8-channel digital outputs. All inputs and outputs are isolated and 24 VDC rated. This makes the DI / O compatible with many industrial sensors, displays, coils and actuators.
Powered by the Intel® Celeron® Bay Trail J1900 quad-core processor, the Nuvo-2400 exhibits outstanding computing power and is even more energy efficient than its predecessors. The Nuvo-2400 supports two independent displays, two 2.5-inch SATA slots and dual Gigabit LAN ports with teaming and PXE. Together with the three expansion slots, the Nuvo-2400 maximizes the flexibility of the Nuvo-2400 from Neousys for even more generic applications. Compact, expandable and yet stable.
Driven by the Intel® Celeron® Bay Trail J1900 processor, the Nuvo-2400 series shows outstanding computing power and is even more powerful than its predecessors. The Thermal Design Power, TDP, of the J1900 is only 10W and shows about 3 times to D525 and D2550. The Nuvo-2400's performance meets most industrial control applications.
